Pak Choi & Leek, Hearty Stir Fry Treat


1 tbs of avocados oil
1 average sized Pak choi sliced along the length of the leaf
2 average sized leeks sliced across there length
1 red onion sliced
100g of shiitake mushrooms
100g curly kale

This is a wonderful hearty stir fry that goes with any fish or meat dish. Its ingredients include pak choi and kale. Two superb brassicas that are both full to the brim with antioxidants, vitamin C, carotenoids and manganese. All fantastic nutrients for your body and skin. This stir fry not only tastes great but is really hearty and will fill you up.


  1. Prepare your vegetables, slicing as described in the ingredients section. With your curly kale just cut out the hard stems to leave only the soft leaf for frying.
  2. Heat you avocados oil in your wok adding you onion and kale first. Fry these for about a minute until they begin to soften.
  3. Next add your leeks, pak choi and onions cooking for about 5 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Season and serve.
