Super Spinach Side

200g baby spinach
75g almond flakes
100g raisins
1 tbs ghee

It worked for popeye and spinach will work for your skin too. Full of anti-inflammatory flavonoids and other phytonutrients spinach has a special place among vegetables in terms of its nutrient content.

This is a really lovely quick and easy side that will go with most dishes. It takes no time at all and tastes great.


  1. Throw your spinach into your steamer and steam until wilted.
  2. Remove ensuring your leaves have drained properly and then fry with you ghee adding your almonds and raisins until cooked through.
  3. Serve immediately.
