Microdermabrasion Pre-treatment

What is Microdermabrasion?

Microdermabrasion is an effective skin rejuvenation treatment without any downtime that refreshes, renews and gives your skin a young-looking glow without the use of lasers or chemicals.

How does Microdermabrasion work?

A hand-held applicator containing micro-crystals is used during your treatment. The micro-crystals are small enough to remove the old skin cells that can cause your skin to appear dull not without causing any damage to your skin or cause you pain and. There is no downtime with microdermabrasion treatments and you can even apply your make up straight after one of your treatment sessions. During your normal day-to-day activities, it is usual for your skin to develop a build-up of dead skin cells and contaminates. This build-up can lead to your skin appearing dull, flaky, patchy or dry. Microdermabrasion removes this build-up and encourages better cellular renewal whilst stimulating your skin’s blood circulation. This, in turn, improves the elasticity of your skin and overall texture, reducing wrinkles and giving your skin a refreshing glow.

What results can I expect after my treatment?

Following your initial treatment, your skin will appear refreshed, look radiant and feel softer. As you progress through a course of treatments the cumulative effect is extremely effective. Each dermal abrasion session works in harmony with your body stimulating collagen, rejuvenating the epidermal layer of your skin and improving your skin’s blood circulation.
