You will be an exceptionally organised individual with an interest in the aesthetic and dermatology clinical professions. You will hold a crucial role within the clinic dealing directly with the clinic’s clients, patients and potential clients. Your role will involve the administration of telephone and email enquiries and the administration of the clinic’s appointment book. You will also be responsible for the administration of patient orders, stock and histology reports. In addition to these duties, you will also be responsible for the production of weekly activity reports and the production of operational procedures where required.
Full training will be provided for the right candidate and there is the opportunity to develop your role within the clinic. Ideally you will be looking to develop your role into a managerial position within two years overseeing the clinics operational function. You will have excellent knowledge of MS Office, Google Drive, Gmail and general IT skills. Any knowledge of EMIS web or Infusionsoft is an advantage. You must have excellent communication & interpersonal skills both written and spoken.
Candidates will be expected to work alternate weekends.
The clinic’s partners and doctors are heavily involved with the provision of NHS dermatology services alongside the private provision of dermatology and aesthetic services. As a result of this they have set up a number of award winning intermediate dermatology and ENT services across several Boroughs in and around London.

Full-time Salary: £17,550.00/year
