The clinic doors may be shut but some of the team are still here to help you during this period of social distancing. Obviously, all face-to-face treatments have been postponed until these measures have been relaxed. You can however still speak to a member of the team about your treatments, your skin products or anything that you might find helpful.

Where possible the clinic will also be offering telephone and/or video skin consultations for you if you still requiring skin products and would like some advice on how to achieve the best results from them. And to make things that little bit easier for you any products purchased during the shutdown will be posted to you free of charge.

If you’re mid-way through a course of treatment you will, of course, be contacted as soon as the government relaxes the social distancing measures. When they do get in touch, your treatments will be provided as normal and your Brigstock Skin & Laser Results Guarantee will, of course, be upheld.

Like everyone else we’re looking forward to getting back to normal as soon as it is safe to do so. In the meantime please do take care of yourself by following the government’s advice on social distancing and personal hygiene.
