Special recipe: January’s Delicious Detox Smoothie!


1 ripe mango
1 banana
Coconut milk
1 table spoon of coconut oil
1 teaspoon of turmeric
1 teaspoon of Chia seeds
1 teaspoon of fresh ginger
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

This recipe is a great way to start your year with loads of fabulously healthy ingredients to stimulate your energy levels; exactly what you need in the month of January.

More importantly this smoothie tastes simply delicious which is great news when you’re struggling to keep your New Year’s resolution and need a treat.

The smoothie also includes turmeric which is a powerful antioxidant and also helps reduce low level inflammation in your body that is thought to be the cause of many common chronic diseases. It also includes Chia seeds which are loaded full of the essential fatty acid Omega 3.
